Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Urva Life – an initiative by Agneya Digital Media and Branding – believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. We are committed to offering high-quality programs that bring true value and transformation to your life. We also want you to feel confident in your decision to join our courses.

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:
1. Non-Refundable Purchases
• All course purchases made on UrvaLife.com are final and non-refundable.
• Once a payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions Refunds will only be considered in the following rare situations:
• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same course.
• Technical Access Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue on our platform, and our support team cannot resolve it.
• Program Cancellation: If Urva Life cancels a scheduled live program and no alternative or rescheduled date is provided.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Inability to attend live sessions (recordings will usually be available).
• Failure to complete or participate in the course.

Refund Request Process
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at urvalifecourses@agneyadmb.com with your order details.
• In case of any refunds approved by the Agneya Digital Media and Branding, it'll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
